2001

Rev Wayne Grewcock and Mr Ian Harris started to lead alternative worship with a high visual content.  Known as God.Com in the Pontefract and Normanton Circuit.

2005

Twelvebaskets partnership formed with Wayne and Ian being joined by creative designer Richard Harris.

“He never Said” DVD released. Produced by twelvebaskets and published by AMP, with three complete worships taken from God.Com.

The Stationing Advisory Committee gave Wayne permission to seek a part time circuit appointment in order to spend half of his time developing twelvebaskets.

2006

An ideal was floated to Michaela Youngson and then Jonathan Kerry that the Connexion could provide an image gallery so that people could contribute to and use in church without infringing copyright or paying expensive fees. Connexion liked the idea but could not create it.

twelvebaskets gets a grant from Methodist Church Connexional team to create a resource sharing website that would allow people to share images, written resources, PowerPoint’s and mini movies.

March 2006 – Wayne helped a local Church of England primary school write assemblies to link the government’s SEAL strategy (Social and Emotional Aspects of Learning) with their collective worship.

August 2006 – www.twelvebaskets.co.uk launched at Greenbelt, sharing an exhibition stand with the Methodist Church.

September 2006 – “a teacher’s dozen” Autumn Year A published as a result of working with schools.  The book included 12 fully scripted, Bible-based assemblies covering the Autumn SEAL themes.

September 2006 – Leeds District issued a grant to Pontefract and Normanton Circuit to release Wayne from half of his circuit responsibilities in order to concentrate half of his time on twelvebaskets.

2007

July 2007 – Produced the video for Ruby Beech’s address to conference.

Summer 2007 – Commissioned by the Women’s World Day of Prayer National Committee to produce the visuals for their 75th Anniversary celebrations to be shown around the country.

September 2007 – Produced and published “Together Again” CD of songs for schools and churches.

2008

Summer 2008 – Website upgraded adding MP3 capability and new previewer.

Began working with other creative people as distributor for their books and DVDs.

2009

Spring 2009 – Became twelvebaskets limited.

May 2009 – Tank 12 formed as twelvebaskets’ commercial design agency.

June 2009 – Working with Richard Vautrey to create the PowerPoint to accompany his Conference address.  Visualising Psalm 139 for Michaela Youngson’s Conference Worship.

Summer 2009 – Tank 12 received contract for re–branding and designing advertising and merchandise for a church-run coffee shop in Wales.

September 2009 – Published Autumn Year D, the 10th Assembly book with over 14,500 of the “a teacher’s dozen” series being sold to schools and clergy so far.

September 2009 – “Out of Darkness, Christmas Light” launched, a Christmas musical for children based on the Christmas story, geared at schools and churches.

September 2009 – Tendering for branding and design work for Archway Church redevelopment in Islington and Camden Circuit.

October 2009 – Lead Training seminars at the Artserve conference based on the use of technology in worship.
