Tank 12 has recently finished this branding work and design for a CD single for the charity Second Chance. The charity supports children in foster care and the CD, written and sung by an ex-foster child and current foster carer, is to raise money for their work.
I would always recommend that you support your local independent retailers when buying equipment. You get some great advice and the ability to try it out, feel the weight and check the build quality, to make sure it is what you expected before you get it home.
However, sometimes you do have to venture online. One website that I have used for camera equipment is crazycameras.co.uk. They have an extensive range of lenses and camera bodies at low prices, their customer service is good and considering their stock comes from the US, fast delivery. On the downside their website is a little hard to browse, especially for things like lenses where you can’t search by camera body fit only lens manufacturer so Canon, Nikon, Pentax etc are all mixed together. But if you know what you want the price is hard to argue with.
